Notes are looks good without any issues.
Yes you are required to send PC from Philippines but it won't delay the process. They will ask for it but if you have one then submit immediately or if not apply immediately. don't delay it.
 
This looks good - get PCC from Philippines ASAP or if you have that send it to CIC ASAP.

Thanks for your feedback guys. Will definitely get my PC ASAP, although it will probably take 2 weeks overall.
 
Also, rather than wait for MR get Upfront Medicals done ASAP.

It is not delay, it is just normal processing. They do not process a file from beginning to end without stopping. They open a file, review it, make notes about next steps, and set it aside until bring forward date. When the date comes the file will be pulled from the system and they will proceed to the next step - issue med forms, request docs and so on.

Did you order your gcms notes from www.visafile.info? I just asked them about payment (I cannot pay by paypal) and waiting for reply.
