Do we have to pay the first semester fees in advance to get the final acceptance letter from the university?
I applied in Thompson River University MBA program. They are asking $14000,which is a first semester fee, to issue a FINAL letter acceptance. They have already send me conditional letter of acceptance. please reply asap.
