Can I apply for study permit with a conditional acceptance letter from a university in 2019 ?
If anyone applied for study permit with a conditional acceptance in 2018, please let me know !!!!!!
I might be receiving my final graduation statment at the end of July. Therefore, I will not have enough time to apply for study permit at that time.
Hence, do I have to apply with my conditional acceptance letter in May ?????
