The link no longer works. I managed to schedule an appointment yesterday, but even then when confirming the appointment it showed the wrong state. I do not know if our scheduled appointments did actually go through or not.
During the last weeks the website keeps oscillating between "no field office found" and "no appointments available", with few lucky moments in which you could go through and book and appointment. There is no way to know what is going on and calling USCIS would be pointless as they have no idea either. When trying to retrieve an appointment the day and the location are wrong and independent from the IRCC number; it is clear however that are "rotating" along some kind of database.
The only thing that we know for sure is that they are working on the website and that whoever is handling it does not like to test things locally.
I also tried to book an appointment from that website my.uscis.gov/appointmentscheduler-appointment/ca/en ,but everytime it shows no field office found.
Hello everyone! The link is giving me the same issue - no field office found. I just spoke to the USCIS and they said this is because the field offices are not yet open. Once they open they said this link as well as the links here https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/where-to-give-biometrics.asp will work. However I am guessing that there will be a delay in communication between Canadian website and USCIS so I'll keep checking. Has anyone been able to make an appointment in Boston or anywhere in MA? Thank you and anxiously awaiting for this to go through!!
this might be a reach to ask but does anyone know typically how long till we hear back about the final decision once we submit our biometrics? I'm specifically applying for my study permit. Any information would be appreciated

How could you book the appointment? Still, I schedule through the link, but it says "No field office found". Same: I plan to give biometrics in North Dallas ASC.

I apply for study permit. My application is on from May; till now it could not be processed to next step if I could not give biometrics. School starts in September, hopefully I can get the visa by August.
