I have booked an appointment at North Dallas for Monday the 13th, will let you guys know what happens. But I suggest continue to monitor both IRCC and USCIS sites to see if anything changes. IRCC has been telling on their twitter handle that they are working closely with USCIS on ASC openings and biometrics so we should see some progress before this weekend.
I printed the confirmation. It would be great if people who have scheduled an appointment on Jul 13 let us know if they succeed in getting the biometrics done

Me and my wife have appointments in Houston at 8:00 am and 9:00 am. I will post here as soon as we will be done (or sent away).
Also, I believe that before the weekend we will have more information and a working link from IRCC.

I don't want to make anyone confusing. However, I just re-checked the appointment link, almost states, it shows "No field office found for given state". I wonder whether our confirmation is still working...?

I also had the same thoughts. But I recall, when there are no slots available, the ASC(s) office will still show up but indicate "No available appointments". So I think probably there is still a glitch in their system..., not quite sure?!

Biometrics collection service disruptions
Your application won’t be refused or closed if you can’t give your biometrics due to COVID-19 service disruptions.
Designated Service Canada offices
All biometrics appointments in Canada are cancelled until further notice. Even though some Service Canada offices may be open with limited services, biometrics collection services are currently still unavailable. Do not visit a Service Canada office to give your biometrics at this time.
United States Application Support Centers (ASCs)
All biometrics appointments at ASCs are cancelled until further notice. You’ll have to make a new appointment at an ASC once they start collecting biometrics again. Walk-in biometrics collection is not available at any ASC. Check the ASC page for updates on closures.
Visa application centres (VACs)
Some VACs are reopening. Check the VAC website before you go to make sure it’s open. In some locations, you may need to wear a mask and follow other health and safety rules.
