I am in USA in the east coast and planning to do upfront medicals.
Do the physicians provide all the required forms and fill? eg: IMM 1017B-Upfront or do we need to carry? what all forms are required to be filled?
what all documents do we need to carry? do we need recent photos?
do I need to do medical for my infant kid as well?
any good physicians that are recommended on the east coast?
Do most physicians send results electronically? who do we need to notify after the exams? which email id?
how long are the medicals valid?
