hi just wanna ask if the doctor will discuss the results of the medical test so you'll know whether you need to undergo more procedures or need a medications or not. I wonder if they will inform you if the test are all cleared.
thank
They do inform you if they find any thing usually these test are only for STI screening from blood test z ( HIV,syphillis) and urine test (sugar)..X-ray for checking tb..
Got GCMS notes- under medicals it states IME- Closed, Reason: recv'd in emed. and status: not started
I did upfront medicals back in december 2013, got MR in Feb and sent CIC the information sheet with UMI # for upfront meds. Biodata and RPRF already requested and sent in feb too.
Anyone else got same comment? I cannot get a response from CIC whether or not they linked my medicals to file- and not sure if the above comment means they have it.....
I am convinced that doing upfront medicals delays our applications. From a review of the threads many who have done upfront medicals are also waiting for PPR- a longer time after medical request!
Or maybe I am just gloomy from being impatient!
I went to upfront medicals on 10-Apr for myself, my spouse and kid to Etobike.
I gave my workpermit, passport copies and AOR letter printouts.
On that day systems are not working and they asked me to come back after 3 days and I went there on 17-Apr and after seeing my medical letter, I kind of literally shocked.
They entered my category as "Refusee" and they put only my work permit number, start date and end of my current work permit even though I have provided my passport.
Where as for my wife and kid they entered correctly with passport number.
When the other lady trying to change, she couldn't and she mentioned that the initial lady who entered my details has to come back from vacation.
I am worried now, but one thing is my medicals not yet submitted to cic.
Could you please suggest how we can get over this kind of issue.
I completed my Upfront Medicals at Apollo, Chennai, India. The procedure was very smooth. If your UCI working on their systhem they'll upload your medicals into your UCI. If not they create separate UMI no and they'll give a emedical form to you, You have to scan and send that to CIC.

The doctor give me an information sheet for e-medical information. They didn't ask me about the UCI number.
How could I let CIC know my medical exam results?
