Canada doesn’t consider sinophatm as being vaccinated and they’d need to do 14 days of quarantine. It says you still need authorization and you will likely be approved but it is not guaranteed.
Would suggest looking at the thread about travel from India in the international student section. Don’t believe the route via the UK is possible but maybe that has changed.
Seems unclear to me if they are guaranteed entry and no authorization required. For parents of those who are temporary residents you get this message.
Find out if you can travel to Canada - Foreign national - Non-U.S. - Family - Temporary resident
You indicated that you are:
a foreign national
not coming from the United States
reuniting with a temporary resident
the immediate family member of a temporary resident
To be able to enter Canada, you will need to prove you are an immediate family member and have written authorization before you travel to Canada.
You will likely be allowed to enter Canada if you meet these requirements; however, the final determination will be made by a government official at the port of entry. What you need to do next
demonstrate that your reason for travel is not optional, such as to establish yourself in Canada and live with your immediate family member while they are in Canada
bring documents to prove your family member's status and your family relationship with them
bring written authorization from an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) officer
you must meet testing and quarantine requirements. Use the checklist for your method of entry:
