I've got a visa student for 4 years in 2013 but for some personal issues i reported my studying project in Canada to this year, CIC told me that i can use my old study permit of 2013 but i need the POE letter to get it, unfortunately i cannot find my POE letter so i sent an email to visa office in Paris, France which is responsible for my country's applications and they told me that i need to make a new demand for study permit and my POE letter is obsolete!
Im confused if i need to re-apply for the study permit or not?
