Study Permit invalid

Hey, everyone. In my document status, it shows counterfoil is valid but study permit is invalid. Since, I have not entered Canada till now, my study permit should have been issued at the POE. Is this a glitch or do I need to contact IRCC?

Hey Matchem, I just found out that I am in the same situation.
In my GC key account, the counterfoil document is valid but my Study permit document shows invalid. I would be flying to Canada on the 19th of feb.
May I know your situation? What did you do in this situation?
