My previous company head manager received a call from Hong Kong visa office, but he didn't mention clearly about my NOC 0212 job duties, since he doesn't know the stuff in technical department. he only said that I was in charge of some projects as projects manager.

so u dint recv any call, it was ur manager who recvd it, if he confirmed u worked there it should not be a problem, coming to NOC he need not say them accurately, if it matches what is written on ur ref letter it should be fine...anyhow apply GCMS after 3-4days.

Apart from ottawa, New Delhi , others are usually fast....no issues u will get it soon.

I've just received my GCMS notes today for my medical records on my medical exam that I did for my visitor visa.
It all came back good I think , the blood test, urine , chest and doctor test all had "Normal" on it.
But 2 columns ( Medical History , Physical Exam) on the first page had "Abnormal" on them.
I thnk it's just me not understanding how to interpret it, but what could it possibly mean ?
i got a "grade A" on it if that matters at all and my visitor record was approved.
ALso, could I use this IME for my EE once I get an ITA Huh Or do i have to do a different kind of test ?

Irrelevant since you will have to do a different medical exam as a PR applicant, instead of as a visitor visa applicant. Your doctor during the examination will let you know if something is really wrong, if they know you are undergoing an examination for PR.

You cannot use the same IME for EE after receiving ITA, because the medical exam required for a PR applicant is way more comprehensive than the one required for a visitor visa. Your IME varies depending on the type of exam you are asked to take.

Criminality Passed
Security Not Started
Medical Passed
From the end of the document I have got the following information :
Requirements of A11.2 - MET
Work experience - Consistent to NOC 2174 applied
R10 OK
Please let me know what other things to check in that document . There are huge number of entries like Notes 1 ------- Notes 101 etc
It is written like Action Items :****RPRF**** To be requested but in the next line it is written as -rprf : requested -> however i have not received any request yet
My file is transferred to New Delhi Office on 5th May and latest entry was of 3 May from CPC Ottawa .

u r safe, pay RPRF, do not wait for the request.....can u confirm after how many days of AOR ur A11.2 was met or ur work exp was verified.

A11.2 entry was on 3rd May and on 5th May they transferred my file to New Delhi .

Hi, We also had the same observation in our notes..so nothing to worry in it. We also never received any RPRF request.
however, we had paid RPRF on the same day we ordered GCMS notes. Raised CSE with RPRF payment receipt on the same day. This was on 18-May-2016. We received revert on 26-May-2016.
We got PPR on 20-June-2016.

Your R10 is OK, which means your eligibility has already started - it could just be that they did not update it or missed updating it. Also, "eligibility" mainly means that all your documents pertaining to your application is complete and supports all your claims made within the application. Your "security" process starts only once your application reaches your primary VO (in your case it is NDVO). You have passed medicals and criminality, so half the battle is won
You can pay RPRF and raise a CSE and attach your receipt to it if you are worried.

Work experience gets verified only after file is transferred to primary VO - this falls under "security" check for a PR application.
As per his gcms, only the NOC is verified as matching, which is part of the "eligibility" check that the Ottawa office performs BEFORE they send it to a primary VO
