This is for the FOSS and outdated. IRCC now uses GCMS and while some codes may be the same, most of them are not.

Who know what is it?
This is about IRCC receiving the status inquiry about the applicant. Either they have sent a response to the agency which sent them the inquiry or something to the applicant. Since there is no context, it is difficult to interpret.

Does this mean they require PCC from India and Canada? I had already submitted them upfront when I applied for my application.

When were the notes generated? They could be older than the call you had last week. Generally, I believe, security is the last step though I could be wrong. As for the due date, it could mean something though I've read that its an auto-generated date from their internal systems. Let us know if anything happens when June 14 rolls around.

Thank you, The notes were generated on May 30th, 2017 the same day I called. The last page of the notes includes a RECOMMENDATION: MEDICAL: All Valid and ready to finalize! I am not sure what does this mean?
