The 5$ one.
So the notes will include both persons?
About the form, do we fill just one and co-signed by spouse or 2 forms, in which case I would sign as a spouse in the other form?
Apparently you find the signature column for both PA and the spouse, so just sign in the respective column in a single application. I did the same through 3rd party one. I'm sure the same would the case with $5 one too.

Hi Guys,
I have a basic question.
I am ordering my GCMS notes (I am not in Canada, a relative is ordering them for me)
1. I do not know my UCI Number and its not a mandatory field, so can I leave it blank?
2. My file number is the number that starts with E on the top right corner of my AOR right?
3. In the Location field, can I leave it blank since it asks for at least the file number or location to be filled in, I am not sure if my file is transferred to another office (I am from India)
4. Does the person ordering it on my behalf need to upload proof of residency (eg. passport copy)
5. Can I use my email address for ease of correspondence instead of the person who is ordering on my behalf?
Thanks,
Look forward to hearing from you guys!
I'm currently wondering about something... Some say that when you order GCMS notes you can then be proactive and open a CSE to alleviate a potential concern. Most people seem to think that GCMS notes should not be ordered before 90 days (various reasons for this but seem to hinge around not having sufficient information to know if your case is going well or not and end up worrying for no reason).
Well if you wait 90 days, order and the get it a month later, wouldn't be be a bot late to proactively address a concern via CSE?
Has anyone here ordered notes before the 2 month mark? If so, was it helpful at all?

I kind of disagree with this notion, IMO most of the validations by CIC are done within a month and rest of the time is eaten by security checks. I had ordered notes after six weeks of eAPR, I can see everything was passed within first 2 weeks and no action after that and I believe security check is still under progress. I ordered it once more and there was not even an iota of change. Definitely ordering it after 90 days is too late to take an action

So by you logic the sooner the better? You think had you ordered it 2 weeks after AOR you'd have seen all passed?
I suppose there may be a delay from when they assess it to when they jot it down on the GCMS system no?
But THANK YOU for giving me your PoV... I think I'll order mine 6 weeks after AOR then...

I ordered 6 weeks after AOR and observed all validations were done within first two weeks. There is no delay or offline system, you can see all time stamps from the system.
I know this question has been asked before i just cannot seem to find it and the responses
. When you order your GSM notes is there any slightest advantage that it might speed up or cause officers to actively work on them. (wishful thinking) I know we have 6 months or more for some.

I don't believe so. HOWEVER...
It is likely that when the notes are ordered this is noted in your file manually. Now, if it is anything like my job where there are a lot of things submitted with months of usual wait time you aren't made aware of huge delays until the applicant mentions something. It is POSSIBLE that this manual entry may cause one VO to notice no change after several months and MAY have a policy in place to highlight it.
This is all speculation based on my very unrelated job, but you never know...

I think the RC-6011 stands for Cairo VO as the file was transferred by the same officer on 2016/12/17. Regarding the written due date, can I expect that the second processing has been finished at local visa office?
Is it normal that the eligibility status changed from Met to Not Started??
And any idea about Cairo VO speed and backlog?
Hello guys! How did you secure youg GCMS notes? Did you do it via a relative who lives in Canada or third party agency? I do not have any relatives in Canada so was wondering if possible to request by myself? Thank you!

To all seniors,
Is there any negative impact of ordering GCMS more than once?. as i heard that it can delay the processing of application:
