For the Indian PCC if i get a PCC from Indian Embassy Kuwait as PCC for India, will that be accepted by CIO and VO? Kindly advise....

S, definetely u need to get 2 PCC's .One from the CID in Kuwait( I guess they mention as CID office in kuwait also.) & the 2nd from Indian embassy in kuwait.
Getting the PCC from the Indian embassy in Kuwait for having stayed in India is absolutely acceptable by the CIO & VO & I guess it is one of the correct ways to get PCC.
btw ensure that you send both the PCC's together without fail.
