Anybody got Kuwait PCC from India??

Hi All,

I worked for a while in Kuwait around 4 years ago, since my stay there was more than 6 months, I am reqd to get a PCC from there...I have tried searching on the web for info but it looks like the Kuwait Embassy doesnt even have a website...has anybody here got any experience in getting a PCC from Kuwait while still living in India???.. Please share and help me...I have no clue how to go about this...I called the kuwait embassy but no help...
