Hi there I applied for TRV in 2013 from USA, while I was a visitor in the USA . Got refused. The reason was 1.current employment situation. 2. Current immigration status. Now I want to apply again with my wife from my home country. What is the chance? And what documents should I include now. ?? Please help please please .

What documentation did you provide before?

Of reason 1) what has changed?

Reason 2) yes this has improved.


** BTW, this is not urgent, urgent means you have a couple of hours to solve it.
 
I provided my US bank statement,trade licence of my two business in my home country , property ownership document in my home country.incometax certificate . Return air ticket from USA to my home country.
 
They've refused me becoz of two reasons ,number 1 :-the immigration status in the USA. I was on a visitor visa in USA, so they didn't trust me that I'll go back to my homecountry after visiting canada . Things have changed :- i came back to my homecountry after visiting USA. Number 2:- they refused me becoz of my employment situation (which is truely unfair, becoz I was on a visitor visa in the USA, and I'm not allowed to work with my visitor visa). Things have changed :- I'm in my home country now, and running my two businesses . Please somebody help.
