I have applied Trv in june 2018 and has refused , reason given ‘others’ ..
Now I reapply in march 2019 and refused again for same reason ‘others’

Oh boy lots of bad reasons.
What documents you've provided ?
Who is inviting you and what is their history in Canada ,like status. Tax payers?
