Uk visa refusal, will it gonna affect on TRV?? Need help badly..

Hi I'm in the USA now with B2 visa. I was refused a UK visit visa on 7-5-2012 . But I was in the UK for two years in the year of 2007-2009. And I did go back to my home country before my UK visa expired. And I visited Qatar and India. Now I want to apply for a Canadian TRV here in the USA. So my question is :- dose my UK visit visa refusal gonna make a problem in TRV.. Please help me.. Plzzzz plxzzzzz.

I don't see a reason why refusal to a visa to England will affect your application for Canadian TRV

Can't comment on your chances - depends on your application - you need to convince the VO that you are visiting Canada temporarily and you have enough ties to your home country that you'll go back after your visit and not overstay.

It think there is a specific question on the application form that asks if you have been denied a visa anywhere before and provides space for an explanation.
