No, they have not started the review. I have submitted webform thrice; once in May, then in July, and finally in August. Each time they just reply with the generic email that the delay is due to the covid/Afghanistan crisis. It is getting absolutely ridiculous now; zero transparency on IRCC's end.

It's really unclear. Fome some it's February, April or even June.. for others, they are waiting from January

I got ppr on 31 August. I applied on 02 February. I had to wait 209 days. Sent 4 normal webform 2 travel exemption enquiry and 2 mails.
