Single TRV extension from inside Canada, for student.

I have renewed my study permit and my CAQ until 2022. I'm waiting for my TRV renewal now, it expires the 31 of August.

I have dual passports, one requires eTA and the other requires TRV. My study permit was made and is linked to my TRV required passport.

My question is, can I enter Canada with my eTA passport, instead of having to wait my TRV extension in my study permit linked passport?

If so, where can I find this information from an official CIC page?

Spoke to the ircc representative, she didnt respond to any of my queries related to TRV. just said not in our priority list because of afghan crisis they are focusing there. im so confused now, should i travel without a trv?

I think they are processing trv but they wont give us any updates or answer to our query if its not in their priority list.
my friend who applied in June just got his ppr today and here we are march people still stuck, dont know why or how they are processing trv applications
