Finally got my passport!!!
Paper Application was on 20th July and was received 22 July
Linked my application on the 16th of August
Review started on 19th August
Update validity of biometrics 22nd August morning
Passport request same day in the afternoon
Passport sent 23rd august and received 24th
Counterfoil generated 7sept and tracking activated 8th September
Passport arrived on the 12th of sept
Hopefully, this helps someone.
And I am from NS.

9/13/22 - Application Received at Case Processing Centre: Ottawa, ON.

Yes even me too I applied on August 24 and they update reviewing eligibility and nothing afterwards …why they mentioned wrong processing time I don’t understand

I have also applied on September 1st, two days back eligibility review started but no update afterwards. Any progress on your application status?

Thanks for the link, but I'm having trouble linking application to GCKey account.

Enter the date the applicant plans to come to Canada -

• Is this same as 'Indicate how long you plan to stay' 'From' date on the TRV paper application? (9/9) OR
• Is this same as work permit extension approval valid 'From' date? (8/19) OR
• Is this same the next day after current work permit expiry date? (8/21)

you can link your paper application in gc key after two weeks the date received. Also note it take extra 2-3 days to receive Ottawa visa office from P.O. Box address.

Hi there,im so worried about my passport application.(ive applied online) So i got my passport request on 19th,and it was delivered to recipient's delivery partner on 23rd. I cannot check if they recieved it,because i didnt get any notification. It's been more than two weeks, and I still don't know when I'll get my passport, I don't even know if the counterfoil was generated or not. How can i check it?

Does CPC adhere to the 14 calendar days time for stamping?

Maybe it will help some of you better understand the real wait times.
Study permit extension case. TRV, online application.

8/16/22 - applied online.
9/16/22 - direct ppr (evening around 6 PM) + sent passport via Canada post immediately.
9/20/22 - the envelope is still in transit.

The processing time estimator showed a 16-day average wait time that day.

IRCC has requested an additional document for trv after my counterfoil is generated and application is approved.It is an optional document. Does it mean my passport will be on hold till they receive it??

May be they are verifying something..
