I applied for TRV within Canada after study permit extension online on Aug 16 and still haven't gotten PPR. The status says it's reviewing my eligibility tho. Should I be worried since the published processing time is 15 days and I'm way over that ?

Anyone know can I buy the standard two envelopes with UPS courier to send the passport or do I need to use ups envelope I mean how it works ?
