I submitted TRV online on Sep27 and got a message from cic requesting my passport on Sep30. So I sent my passport using Canada post xpress (I was told this is the fastest method) to Ottawa on Sep30 and they received my passport on Oct3. I just checked online the processing time is 8 days and they are working on applications submitted on Sep27(which is the day I submitted mine).
My question is does anyone know how long it takes to stamp the passport and send it back? I have travel plans on Oct15th(next Saturday), does anyone know if I'll get my passport back on Oct14th(next Friday)?
I'm really stressed out cause I need to leave the country to attend a conference meeting and I'm not sure I'll get my passport back on time.
