Online application status has been updated to approved. Visa granted until the expiry of passports.
Applied for self n wife on 7th july 2017 at VFS chandigarh. It is my first visa application for any country. No travel history for me. My wife did visit canada once in 2014. Feeling very happy. A lot of thanks to Bryanna.

Finally i am successful in linking my paper based application to my cic account. Status show it is in progress.

could you let me know how you have linked to cic? I applied for trv. I am trying to link it to cic. kindly help me out

U will receive a sms most probably monday. In a day vfs site will show bluedart courier tracking no if u opted for passports to be delivered at your home address or U can collect the passports on monday if u opted for collection of passports from vfs counter.

(2) follow the sign up step...at the end you get one option Link application to account
(3) select option temporary residence visa...and link with Family name and Date of Birth(if you don't have application number and UCI)
(4) enter the exact details which you enter in your Visitor Visa form.

Guys quick question:
There is a question in application "Fund available for my stay (CAD)" for this can I show combine CAD from my wife and myself (I am working here in Canada). I am the one who is going to take care of all here expenses in her stay.

Please let me know what should goes in this field.
