My status now says " we are reviewing your eligibility"

Earlier it was "your application is in progress we will send update once we start reviewing your eligibility,"

Anyone know how much time it will take once status changed to " we are reviewing your eligibility"??????

Most probably on/after Wednesday of next week (because of Dussera + Gandhi Jayanti)

Hello Sir,

Sir I have received my passport recieved with a Remarks without any reason with a two line letter "

“Your passport is being returned to you without a visa.

Important information regarding your application has been sent to you by E-mail. Please check your e-mail.”

No E-mail received as on 04/10/2017

I already mailed a letter stating all this on 28th Sept to Delhi High commision. Immediately got reply that we have forwarded your concern to Chandigarh consulate for review.

I also checked CIC Tracking website, I am surprised to see that the APPLICATION STATUS is NOT CLOSED till date.

- What does it mean
- Final Decision is also BLANK.

Is this happening with all those who have received the visa or Denial the visa? Why APPLICAITON STATUS is not closed, if i received back the passport on 25th Sept2017 itself.

Pls give your advice or information.

did u apply online or paper base ? did they asked for passport request. or you have sent passport initially with your application on your own ?
