Hi Everyone,
My Vietnamese girlfriend applied for a TRV online on Oct 15 to be able to travel on Dec 17. Processing time should be 42 days. It has been 49. There have been no changes to the online status tracker. I've submitted an case-specific enquiry form (on Nov 30) and have not heard anything yet.

Any ideas on what to do next?
