Apply TRV online from Vietnam

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to know if there is anyone out there who is not a citizen of Vietnam but residing in Vietnam (under Work Permit) and who have applied online for the TRV.

My questions are:-

How long did it take for the processing and to receive a reply after submission?
I submitted mine on April 9, 2013 and I have yet to receive any reply. I understand that the processing time for Ho Chi Minh's office is 28 days.
My flight from Ho Chi Minh City for Vancouver is on June 1, 2013.
Do you think I can make it?

I'm absolutely delighted to receive email from CIC to send in the Passport for Visa attachement. So now I'm really on the way to Canada!!!! ;D
