Travelling back to Canada after 1 year

Hello,

I came back from Canada last year in the Covid time, stayed in India for almost 1 year during my studies and couldn't go back as official flights were getting cancelled. I completed my studies on 20th August that is 2 years and I still have valid visa till November 30th which is same for Study Permit as well. I'm having chance to travel back to Canada in end of September. Can I go back and apply work permit over there without any issue or there is some problem?

If you graduated/finished your studies you Student Permit is not longer valid.

It is valid up to 90 days following graduation. As per the website,

3. If you finish your studies before your study permit expires
If you finish your studies early, your permit will stop being valid 90 days after you complete your studies, no matter what day is printed on the study permit.

OP - have vaccination proof and quarantine plan, and you should be allowed to enter but it is at the discretion of CBSA. You have a valid visitor visa until November so you again you should be allowed to enter.
