I am in Canada on study permit. I have been to India in January and came back. I am want to go back again to visit my family. I want to know that is there any problem in travelling twice in a year with work permit. Please tell me if there is any rule regarding that.

Not as long as you have a valid work permit and valid multiple entry TRV.
