Need info. My Question is:

Do I require transit visa if I choose to fly by British Airways via London Heathrow airport ( Delhi to Toronto)?

I am bit confused now because, after reading this forum and all I was sure that I do not need visa but just to be bit more sure and on the safer side I called customer care of "Make my Trip" a travel portel and they told that I require Transit-Visa if I go via London. so confused now.

Please reply if you know or used the same route.

No, u don't. This has been dealt many times over in this forum. That Customer Care Rep is talking nonsense.

I am waiting 46 days since the day I applied for a transit visa, and I had no answer yet. This is unacceptable... i must leave the country on may 13th and will do not know how to solve this.

HI, I will be travelling to Canada by British Airways with a transit at London Heathrow. Waiting time is 2 hours. Do I need a transit visa for UK. Also, is 2 hours enough for transfer from terminal 5 to 3 at Heathrow? Thanks

London dont ask for transit visa from Indian Nationals, if you have valid Canadian immigration visa, CoPR, ( No PR CARD is necessary) . I travelled last month and no questions asked.

What about for the return trip ? Consdering you return in 2 weeks time (No PR card and the Visa is single entry which will be void after landing in canada)
