Thanks, I send the payment receipt to OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca . They asked me to send it to CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca .

I applied under Student category of SINP.
To pay the fees goto:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index-can.asp

and select pay your fees> pay fees online > Immigration.

Before paying please confirm that people living outside Canada can pay online.

I also paid the RPRF online and sent them the receipt. Let's hope this trick will work to trigger a PPR soon haha

How you pay RPRF fee, u paid online or send them payment form...
Which email address you send, as an attachment along cover letter or something...???
