I receive my COPR on a white plain paper, nothing more were included except the landing instructions. Visa expiry date is 1year after i done my medicals, it October.

i am planning to go back home for 1 month after receive copr. i wanna enter canada after my vacation..... i wanna ask you is there any problem with it or we have to enter canada from just US border

You have to have a US visa before you can go through USA, also COPR is not a valid travel document so it more advisable for you to wait till PR card arrive.

There's no problem, you can go home with your COPR and do landing on your way back.

ojeola i am not planning to go USA. I am planning to go India direct and when i will come back to canada it will be my landing..... i just wanna stay India for a month.....

Do i have to expect "In process" or "we started processing your application on ..." like sentences?

How long will it take to get to the above-mentioned next steps and, furthermore, to Passport request?

After Medical Received then probably some weeks after it should change to In-Process, but when you will receive your Passport Request is what i cant determine.

It took about 7 months from Medicals received till Passport request in my case.
