Tracking PNP August 2012 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

Welcome to this forum...are you in H1B visa holder category? Do you remember when did you submit your application to Alberta? Coz, it took good 2.5 years for me to get nominated which is too long...any way, waiting to hear something back from CIO soon....

Thank you, i m submitted my application on may for PNP on employer stream, not on H1B Visa,
i will update my time line once i hear from CIC. yes i m from vizag, where u are from.

i m also sent my application with Indian embassy issued birth certificate, now i m worried to get news from them,

so what u did once returned ur documents, how you prepared for birth cert. did you make affidivit or use school cert.

wait and see what next.

You already submitted your application, so we can't do anything now. Don't be worried too much, because some officer's accepted consulate issued birth certificates. It was unfortunate for me. They may accept your's if you are luckey enough. Let's see.

In my case I have got 'NO BIRTH RECORD' certificate from municipality. For my wife, we got an affidavit from my in-laws. At the same time we have submitted self declarations for both of us.

By the way, when is yous nomination getting expired?

Hopefully very soon he should be hearing something from CIO. My Sister-in-law works with CIC in vegreville, she says processing time should reduce very soon since most of their staffs are back to work from their various vacations. Just praying for God's speed.

What made you to say that ??? A close friend of mine just got his PR today, it only toke OTTAWA 4months to process. Although he came to Canada when he was 16years old and he applied for a CIC expedite processing stuff on their website.

Everything depends on LUCK.

Can you elaborate on "CIC expedite processing stuff on their website"?

How did he get it in 4 months? Do you have his timeline?
