They want you to send something and you guys are happy.... 2 months later when you get disappointed again they let you re-do something and you are agin happy. Just to make it seem like they are processing your file......
I was told it takes 8 months...... 14 now! Can't work, had to let go job offers and I make a lot of debt!!!!!1

Totaly agree.IT is ridiculous.Instead of clearing the backlog they OPENLY lie,sending messages that files received before 28 february will receive priority.Then how come they have reviewed everyone fro july 2012 to january 2013???????
The guy is right why are you happy.And qsw ARE processed faster than PNP.All march applicants are still wating even though april qsw are getting ppr.
For your kind information, i have done enough research n then posting my comments. looks like u dint see my prev msgs. btw, i was merely telling that QSW applicants are getting PPR faster than PNP.
And one more thing, prob u might not aware that PPR is the last thing, there is nothing much after that.
Oh really, so for you PPR is the last thing??? That is so cute))) you are forgetting something here mate, what about sending your paaport to Ottawa and not getting it back even After a month??? What about waiting for the cards another 2 months. So PPR is by far not the last thing
They put aside the backlog instead of dealing with it, just so they can show that Ottawa is faster than buffalo. Of course it is easy if you just tell 10000 Applicants to go Fu.k themselves and start reviewing those who applied after may 2012.
ull be the only person who will not be happy even after getting ppr. There is exception for all rules but in most of the time, things will be done within 6 weeks after PPR. anyways, i had no intention of hurting anybody feelings. all i said was QSW applicant are getting PPR faster than PNP. I am happy for them.

I am not sure on how many QSW's who applied before april 10 didnt get PPR but I have seen PPR for most of the PNPs' here unlike any QSWs'. I have seen that PNPs' gets ecas updated before any QSWs' here. P.s. they are sent the request letter for any documents or rprf before any QSWs'. The PNPs' get the first priority coz they have job offers(in the related fields) in their hands, QSWs' on the other hand, dont! I mean there is a reason why there is a timeline difference on the cic website for PNP and QSW, 14 months and 19 months respectively.

They just recently changed the timescale for QSW to 19 months. Before that it was 2 months less than PNP. And they stick with it for the backlog files.
