All those of you who have families outside of Canada and got a request to redo their medical, did they send you the same medical forms they did the first time? Or different ones? Thanks
hi chicka, im a march 2012 applicant my wife has applied for all 3 of us from inside Canada. w recieve a email on May 4. 2013 that we should redo medical but its only myself and daughter who had to do it because we are not inside Canada. As for the paper work CIC only sent us one piece of paper which i took to the place that i did medical.
Has anyone else in this forum re-did there medical? And how long it took after medical for for you to hear from CIC again?

Yesterday I received an email from the CIC asking for my RPRF and a they asked my husband to renew his police certificate.

We received an email from CPP-O requesting for medical of our kids, their
medical is about to expire on JUne 25, 2013. They are outside. Canada
And we both parents are here.
My question is:
1.) why only my kids got a request?
2.) their current medical result is about to expire.

June 06, 2913 - AOR and MR
Oct. 2013 - MEdical REsult Received
May 4, 2013 - IN PRocess
May 14, 2013 - another MR for our kids.

in the form of IMM5669E,no.12 Address:"list all address where you have lived since your 18th birthday or the past 10 years."
How about the below situation:
2001-2004 high school lived in the campus from Monday to Friday (city A) weekend at home (City B)
2004-2008 University lived in the campus(City C) went back home twice a month(City B)
2008-2010 Working lived in a rental apartment(City D) weeked at home(City B)
2010-Present Working lived in a rental apartment (City E) (got married) went back spouse's home weekend (City F)
I know it is a little complicated,but there might be some people with the same situation, study and work in the different city from home,so how to make the list in the form? could you please give me your suggestion?thanks very much
Hi there,,i was ased too , to submit new passport photocopy and history update since may 2012...what do you think will happen next? hopefully PPR...does it say in ur request letter that it should be submitted within a certain date? like for me it should be submitted before 7/22. Hayyy...wish we cud just sit ad relax. ???
