Yes! Your application will turn to "Approved" from 'submitted' on myCIC, that means it has been dispatched. And, you will receive an email 24 hours later stating that your application has been updated.

Additionally, you can call up IRCC and the agent will confirm if it's dispatched!

i landed on 12th July and Hoping to travel to home country on 21 or 22 or even 23rd September. i know current processing time is 61 days.

Just wanted a second opinion as will it be safe to confirm the Bookings? if so what date would be fairly ok to book the flights on? Or recommend not to book flight until get the PR card?

I just called them, they won't change over the phone, but gave a link to change it online. But the online service seems not working. Cant find my case, one reason looks possible to me, it says I have to wait till they process my case to change the address. My status is now 'Submitted'.

Hi guys,

I landed in SK on Aug 13, 2017 and now waiting for PR card. I have seen some people saying here that they have linked their PR application to MyCic other then their PR application.
Can anyone please tell me how can I do that? I tried it already by using my Last and Given name, DOB, Birth Place and landing dates etc and it says no Application found. Please help.

For the Express Entry application, yes. But the PR card applications are individual. He gets the updates emails because we linked both applications to the same mycic account. And I just confirmed that he received emails from IRCC informing that the application was updated.

On my cic account it's showing they are processing my card does that mean they have already started

Hello - we did our landing in last week of July. At the airport, immigration officer said there is no need to fill up PR application form. It is sent directly to mailing address.

Can someone confirm if that is correct? Also will they mail the card to a US address?

Did they told you that they will mail the card to your US address? Did not they asked your Canadian address?

I just linked my PR card application to my cic account.

It says Date application received: 08/18/2017, even though I did my landing on 7/26/2017.

Is this normal? Does it mean my 60 days are going to start from Aug 18?

I landed on 14th June and haven't received anything yet, and myCIC is still not showing my PR card has been approved. What's the phone number to give CIC a call? Also when people received a request for photos, was that through their email address?

Im kinda like ur case...landed 15th of June but they sent emails to me and my family to update photos and send again ..so I did and now I wait
