I would advise you to not submit your profile just yet. Even though the system is saying you are qualified a VO will still assess your eligibility based on the 1560 hours and 12 months of full time work experience. I believe the burden is on you to make sure that you are qualified when you get an ITA. You do not want to risk the chance of getting rejected for your PR because you are missing a few weeks of work experience. Wait until your 1 year is complete. That way you are rest assured that your application will not be denied.
This is the correct post. If you get points, then you have to prove the basis and provide them backup for those points. You have to provide backup until the time you expressed interest in EE. So tread carefully, because an agent will review the discrepancy and one month short work experience can end up being a bad decision. It is your profile, and you are solely responsible for it and reviewing it.

Just write reference letter template and give it to your boss, ask him if he agrees.
All of my bosses had no idea how to write CIC approved letter and asked for template.
So just do a draft with duties, and tell your boss that they are mandatory for CIC.
Thats it

Unfortunately my company has a fix template and they wont give it up...the only thing they can give me is my employers internal document Which mentions my designations roles and responsibilities in general within the firm...

So use that document. No company will give you or even allow a manager to sign anything other than a fixed template. Nobody is going to risk for you. If the document is internal and can be made external, use that document to prove your role.
