What should i do when the system keeps on giving me additional 48 points by mistake. I started working at the end of May 2014 but since it only count months it is already giving me one year Canadian experience points and also making me eligible for CEC...Should i change from May to June 2014 and then clarify with a letter if i get an ITA?? My points without that one year experience is 438....
This is just like my situation only concerning foreign work experience. I've been working for 1 year and a half in Canada, but worked 11 months and some days in my home country a couple of years ago. Since the EE profile doesn't ask for specific dates, it granted me points for foreign work experience and made me "eligible" under the FSW stream. I called CIC to ask about it, and all the agents I talked with agreed it was the EE system that was at fault and that I should answer with the truth, so I left the start and end dates as they were.
