For those who got sponsor approved, did you translate and certify parents' passports? I am preparing 2017 application and found the information page on parents passport is all in English, but some of the entry stamps contain non-English/French words.

Also, did you just submit a copy of the information page (the page with picture), or a copy of the whole book?

Hello,

I have link my application and now they said you will receive by this and no longer receive by mail .
So it means I have to check my account regularly or they will send me notification when ever there is new message available. Please someone explain.

I don't think Review in progress is anything that will take a shorter time.

My visa office is London visa office.

Does my cic account tells you the name of visa office somewhere.

Anybody has explanation of how processing times are going
Why some PGP 2014/2015 applicants didn't get to medical checks, while others from PGP 2016 already got the request?

I got the PCC request from this email address " CPC-CTD-Ottawa <CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca> " and in the email they want me to send fees receipt to "CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca" which is fine . As they asked for scanned copy , not sure which email out of these two , do I need to send the PCC to . Any ideas ?

send the scanned copies to this email: CPC-CTD-Ottawa <CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca> . That is CPC-Ottawa office and this is where you need to send the documents they request. i sent scanned documents to that email, and a few days later they answered that they added them to my file

if they specify that the feed receipt would be sent to "CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca" then this is where you need to send the receipt.

My mom has a supervisa but when she came , she was given only 6 month stay which is going to expire in Nov . Has anybody tried extending their stay ? How long before the expiry can you apply for extension ?

i got a letter from cic that my sponsorship application is approved and we are transferring your application to Delhi. i have to update the address and sent a request to new Delhi. they replied me back that my application is Ottawa under pilot and provide me the email for Ottawa. i have sent an email to them but no reply then i call call center they said your file is in Mississauga and send request here . but they said you have to follow instruction as NVD said. Could some one please explain and have similar issue. Please let as i have to update the mailing address and explain how come file is in Ottawa while letter said it has been transferred to New Delhi.

when the expiry of your passport is very near, never to apply for any visa or travel. visa/entry to a person is only up to the validity of passport so the officer at port has given the entry up to validity of passport.

try to get mom passport renewed from the high commission (if possible) then you will be able to file an application to extend the stay 30 days prior to the expiry of your mom stay.
