I just linked my application with my myCIC account. I says Eligibility assessment has not started yet!

i called CIC and they said that number of VOs outside Canada never use the status tool, and contact parents directly via email/mail. Linking account is useless in such scenarios as no information is ever entered into the tool from VO side. my parents VO is Warsaw, and while they sent AOR to my parents via email with UCI, entering this info in eCAS does not allow her/me to log in as Warsaw VO is not updating it on their end. we are still waiting for medical and pcc request. anyone here heard how long it takes for Warsaw VO to process applications on average?

the family size is you and your applicant(s) and your spouse if she co signed with you and since you cant have more than one spouse its you+ spouse(if she co signed) + how many people you are sponsoring = the family size number

Email from New Delhi visa office instructed me to do the following, I sent the fee receipt by email and got the responce that they acknowledge the receipt of the document and I have to update the local visa office as well.So I will mail the recept copy to NDVO with all the other documents.

" Payment of your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga by your sponsor in Canada. If already paid, please e-mail a scan of the payment receipt to CPCM-EXTCOM@cic.gc.ca. Please attach a copy of the receipt with your forms to our office. If we do not receive a copy of the receipt, we will consider it as unpaid."

Not sure if they are filtering based on some criteria...like age or something...as my father (applicant) is 75+.

That's not true to my experience.

- My mom received IME/PCC request via email from Singapore on Aug 10. The same message also came in her MyCIC account.
- Although said in the above email that my mom would get her actual Medical Form (IMM1017) in a separate email, it never came. But it showed up in her MyCIC message box.
- Her E-Cas has also been updated with a 4th line that she was sent additional doc request.

Now you draw the conclusion...

I was able to link my parents application to cic account..
I made account under my dad's name and used his uci no. And for family size i put down total family size we used to calculate required income initially.
It says review of eligibility in progress. I received SA in june.
Waiting on medical request now

I used UCI and file number combination and put my father's (main applicant) information and it worked
