If you hold valid RTD, yes you can return back to Canada

You can apply online or on paper it doesn't matter really. I applied by paper and I prefer paper.

You can travel with your PR card on RTD. You CANNOT travel with eCoPR. It’s even written on the face of eCoPR, NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL.

It is not recommended. You should wait until you receive your PR card. If you traveled without PR card you will have two options:

1- Apply for PRTD from the embassy of the country you are visiting.
2- Have someone in Canada mail the PR card once received in Canada to your address overseas “ DHL preferred” but delievery is not 100% guaranteed.

I myself picked option 2 and had my friend mailed to me.

I’ve Been trying to call IRCC customer Service since 8am at the morning until 2pm and i couldn’t reach any agent at all OMG, i have recharged my phone twice yet i couldn’t reach to any single human at this department.
This is so frustrating and i have never seen something like this in any other country i have been in before!

Provided poster has RTD, he doesnt need PR/Ecopr to travel back to Canada. RTD is sufficient.....

This is not correct. If poster has Valid RTD, He doesnt need both options above. He can use RTD to travel back to Canada....thats all he need

I dont understand why you are confused.... or where confusion is. Holder of RTD is entitled to enter Canada without any visa/residence requirement.
