How do I go about correcting a mistake on the eCoPR? I noticed that they assigned a wrong citizenship to my daughter on her eCoPR. It’s an obvious error.

If you find any errors on your eCOPR, you must submit a request to amend information contained in the confirmation of permanent residence

update:
I just received the email asking me to log in with my current credentials.

The lessons learned:
1) Don’t create your own account in the first place
2) If you did, don’t panic they will link it anyway

You cannot link the application to your GCKey until processing starts. Continue trying on eCAS. You’ll be lucky one day. On the average, from submission to the beginning of processing takes about 7 months. With the pandemic lockdown over, it could start taking less. Keep trying though. Your processing would start soon.

Thank you for your information, I am sure it is already being processed because my application number now starts with G rather than XG, maybe the ECAS and GCkey take more time to update, I will keep waiting.

2. We started processing your application on November 9, 2021.
3. Medical results have been received.
4. We sent you correspondence on February 8, 2022
5. Eligibility passed, June 2, 2022
6. Medical request, June 2, 2022
7. You passed the medical exam June, June 14, 2022
8. Approval Confirmation email June 18, 2022
9. Portal email June 19, 2022
10. ECOPR 22 June, 2022

In total it took 14 months for me to complete the whole procedure.
Thank you everybody for all your help and guidance. I wish you guys all the best and I hope everything goes very fast for all of oyu.

Congratulatons!!! Yours was quick. As for me, I recived the approval email confirmation on Monday June 20th, 2022, but I still haven't received the portal email.
