Don’t worry call them around 1 pm eastern time. You have to try because they never got your docs that was sent. That is probably why you have not gotten updates. Don’t panic, Don’t stress do you have tracking number and signature who received the documents
Start calling few moments before 8 am and keep at it and eventually the line will hold up.
Just to note that mostly if you call, the agent will tell it is a different department that handles this and might recommend writing web form. In any case call and see. And for future mail it is better to add signature request for the mail that way you can rest assured your mail was received

My friend has the same situation and he haven't heard any confirmation to receive additional documents..untill they stated next step. That's why i didn't checked but it 6 months now.
Always request a signature and name. Now since Canada post delivers to a PO BOX it might have gotten misplaced in the mailing room other couriers they deliver directly to immigration building so courier are always recommended.
Anyways your only option now is send those documents immediately by webform and contact ircc tomorrow immediately

The thing is when ircc request a document and you send them they update in there system. Your docs didn’t get updated in there system when i call they say they have received additional documents and ircc themselves replied when i sent the documents that they received them
