I applied for residency on August 5, 2021
I received aor August 15, 2021
They asked my wife for a criminal police certificate on February 6, 2022
The criminal police certificate was received for February 14, 2022, February 15february 2022.
He asked to repeat the biometrics, even though my wife had been working for two years to apply for a tourist visa, but she refused this time.
They ask for my wife and daughter who She is 8 years old and the money was paid again and a marriage contract was requested again. Is this normal?

No. Last date was December 15th

I'm really desperate now my dependent is my 3 year old son back home in Pakistan and it's been 6 months I haven't heard anything no update even not acknowledgment of my documents. Although I wrote them a letter and explain my situation. I called them too but lines are always busy. As a mother it's very hard phase of my life. could anyone please help me what should I do or any similar case with someone? below is my timeline.

-my son passport copy
- his father permission letter for travel
-background declaration
-proof of relationship
basically they asked everything for my dependent no documents for myself.

I sent it via Canada post but they didn't send any acknowledgment

First of all you should find out if they got it or not. Call ircc number press 2 1 1 2 4 enter your dependant application number after that it will ask birth year then after that press 1 the machine will tell you if they got it or not. Please check right away the machine is available 24 hours

I just called and automated machine answer said.. we received your application on March 2021. if we need additional document we will contact you. and same thing which is mentioned on my cic application.

Ok that means they don’t have your docs immediately contact them tomorrow and talk to them , because for me it says they have received additional documents requested
