Yes.when I got AIP in October 2019 they were asked to submit their form to visa office,they submitted in November 2019 after that nothing till now

No i didn't get PR.Only AIP last year

Maybe it depends on the country of your origin?

You should intervene, send IRCC web inquiry form, call them, contact your MP office. This long is not normal and you need to follow up and push your case up. Good luck!

I think for some country origins it might be lengthier than others.
