I think this case is a totally different case.
They are processing the Nov 2018.

I don't think so. I'm October 2018 and still haven't received AIP or COPR. Last communication was in May 2019 when they asked me to go for my medicals. Since then, no single update for me, not to talk of my family in oversea..... Congratulations to those who had got theirs....

You should intervene, send IRCC web inquiry form, call them, contact your MP office. This long is not normal and you need to follow up and push your case up. Good luck!

Yes.when I got AIP in October 2019 they were asked to submit their form to visa office,they submitted in November 2019 after that nothing till now
