Almost starting the 12th month of processing, no update at all since document request in February. Kind of wish that they sent my application to London which I thought they would instead of keeping it in Mississaga.
I have to say that IRCC has the worst customer service ever...
Hi, congratulations! Do you know what is the standard procedure for these final steps? My application's status recently changed to approved. Next to Final Decision status line, it says: "Your application has been approved, see messages below for details". But there are no new messages. I'm not sure what to do next.

After Decision Made, you may get passport request (we did not). If you're from a visa exempt country, you can submit photocopies. If not, you need to submit the passport itself. You will received Confirmation of Permanent Residency via mail, which is what you need to land. Once that is done, you can apply for your PR card.

Thanks for replying. Yh I'm form the UK, so I'm guessing they wont ask for the passport. I was a little confused because they said see message below for details, but there was no new message. Hopefully, I hear from LVO soon again with further instructions.

Thanks, I've bookmarked that website. It's been a couple of weeks since DM, but there have been no further updates. I'll post on here when I receive anything.
