Does anyone know how I can contact Buffalo? I want to inquire about no AOR, and ask if I am required to send anything in that may have been on the AOR I didn't receive.

I am in the same boat wondering if they sent an AOR letter and I just haven't received it.

Were you previously contacted b y Blo? How do you know you are in process there? Whatever they sent you would be aor and they will send (within a few days ) a letter requesting antyt9ng that they need, if they need it... otherwise you just wait...

like my case was approved from Mississauga on September 30 ,and they said they forwarded my file to the visa office the same day
till now we don't know any thing and Permanent Residence Application Status e-case still Not Available !

Well at least there are many others in limbo as well. I fully expected to receive an AOR shortly after our sponsorship approval, because of the other people here in our group that did. I didn't though...so I'm waiting...ahh well c'est la vie (I'm working on my french lol)

Congratulations!!! I think it takes about 2 weeks before they send it back once they receive it. We haven't heard a peep from London so that's really encouraging. They started processing ours exactly one week after yours so hopefully we'll hear something soon! Although ours is a Common Law application and the more we read about it, the more we're worrying! Hopefully they can see we're genuine because we just really, REALLY want to get on with our lives together in Canada. We've decided on going back with or without the PR in 6 weeks time. We're going to go for Christmas and visit family with return tickets and see how it goes. If we're happier there with one income than here with one income (mine - he's a student), I think we'll apply for an extension to his visitor visa. He can help my parents out with what they need done to keep busy and I can work. I just can't wait to get home. It's been almost 2 years in England and I just sooooo need a Double Double and Grand Slam! hahaha.

I just can't wait to get home. It's been almost 2 years in England and I just sooooo need a Double Double and Grand Slam! hahaha.

I like it. I should do that! We're in Brighton and the city just got a "Krispy Kreme", a ridiculously expensive coffee and doughnut shop. But it just wasn't the same!! Who spends 1.25 pounds on a donut (wait, more if it's sprinkled, or if it is filled)??

My partner and I used to have nights out every once in a while and stumble into Denny's as it was 24-hours. It would always make the next morning easier, hahaha. We always thought it was funny that the Oreo milkshake was cheaper than all the other milkshakes because it was on the Dessert menu and not on the drinks menu.

We always laugh that we're going to gain so much weight when we go back because of all the restaurants and fast-food we're going to eat (A&W rootbeer float, here I come).

Just have to fix a couple more documents and this ordeal will finally be over for us! Whew!!

Alright, this morning I got an email that has me a little concerned. It says that my file has been transferred to the Consulate in Detroit!?!?! I can't figure out why. The email also says not to inquire about my status for at least 90 days. I checked the cic website to see the processing times for this office...but it's not listed. I then read that only offices who have processed at least 10 applications in the past year were listed. So that's great...mine gets sent to an office where they are'nt used to these things...so anyway...kinda confused and worried...
