Moh I have not heard from accra since I sent the document they requested for. My due date for submission of d document was March 10, am hoping I will receive good news soon.

So everyone, this is the end of this canadian visa journey for me and my hubby.

He got an email today from Accra to organize pick-up of his passport, which he did promptly with DHL.

I am so grateful this ordeal is over. I just can't stop thanking God.

congratulation.... did u get ur tracking number from DHL? my husband was told that they don't provide tracking until DHL picks up his package from Accra. the lady that attended to him at the office said she would send him a text message with the tracking number. i just want to be sure he was mot misinformed.

I had to call the DHL agent to get the tracking number. Your husband has not been misinformed.

But still, did you send any letter from the VO to DHL before they were able to get your documents?

Officially they're working on Jan 12 applications, have you called to ask? They have to give you an answer since officially they're working on Jan 12 and you're Jan 6

U dnt have to send a letter.u tell the dhl agent that u have a parcel with canadian high commission and that you want them to pick it up for u.their agency in ghana will pick it up and send it to nigeria or wherever u are.in case u want the tracking number then they will have to contact the agency in ghana to give them the tracking number before they can give u

I was told here at the DHL office that I needed to send an email to them authorizing them to pick up my package with the forwarded email for pick up sent by Immigration and that is what will be used in Accra for the pick up.
