It doesn't matter. Mine had my address in Cyprus. The only thing they need there is the IME number so he needs to take the print out along and call the hospital in advance to ask if they need him to bring passport pictures or if they'll take their own photo. He also needs to take his intl passport along.
is it safe to say that seeing this recent trend of AVO requesting for these documents suggesting to other members who partners have travelled to the states that have not received their PR yet start the process of obtaining this document and which ever state they lived at also clearance for speedy process....
because seems to be the latest trend to all our recent PPR members ....
Just a bit weird they still asking for FBI clearance even after sending a letter that it will take some weeks ... and the Maryland police clearance too! my hubby didn’t stay in Maryland for 6 month ...

Also endeavour to call the state police department to get all information on the procedures correctly in order to avoid delays. If they require you to send fingerprints, it's advisable to send more than one copy so that at least one can be read correctly by their equipment. Follow all the instructions to the letter to avoid rejections.
